Delete your Savd account

Option 1: Delete your account in the app

   Open Savd.

   Go to Profile.

   Tap Delete account.

   Confirm deletion in the confirmation dialog.

This starts permanent deletion and signs the account out. This action cannot be undone after processing completes.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your Savd account. Use the subject “Savd account deletion request.” We may ask for limited information needed to verify that the account is yours.

Never send passwords, one-time passwords, Instagram credentials or session cookies, Apple credentials, Google credentials, or recovery codes.

What deletion covers

Deletion covers account-owned information controlled by Savd, including:

• your Savd account and active authentication sessions;
• account-owned saved artifacts and extracted data;
• user-created views and filters;
• associated installation and push-token ownership; and
• connected Instagram session information controlled by Savd.

Requests are normally processed within 30 days. Protected backups may retain residual copies until they rotate. Limited security, fraud-prevention, transaction, tax, accounting, or legally required records may be retained for a limited period where necessary.

Cancel a store subscription separately

Deleting your Savd account does not necessarily cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. To prevent future renewals, cancel through your Apple or Google account settings. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for steps.
