Savd is operated by Kartikay Agarwal, trading as Freedom, a GST-registered sole proprietor based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. These Terms form an agreement between you and Kartikay Agarwal, trading as Freedom.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By accessing or using Savd, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required by the law where you live. If you use Savd on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in method, and all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not transfer your account or use another person’s account without permission.

3. What Savd does

Savd helps you import content you choose, view saved-source material, and extract, organize, filter, and search useful information. Some features may use on-device or backend automated processing. Features may vary by device, region, account, subscription, or third-party service availability.

4. Content you connect or share

You retain your rights in content and information you submit, connect, or share with Savd. You authorize Savd and its service providers to access, host, reproduce, transform, analyze, and display that material only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to import or process the content you choose. You must not use Savd to infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

5. Savd intellectual property

Savd and its licensors own the application, website, design, branding, software, and related materials, excluding your content and third-party content. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Savd in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use Savd or connected platforms unlawfully or in violation of another service’s terms;
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content or data without authorization;
• upload malicious code or interfere with the service, its security, or another user;
• attempt to bypass access limits, abuse trials, or gain unauthorized access;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• use Savd to exploit, harass, impersonate, defraud, or violate another person’s rights;
• resell or commercially exploit Savd unless we agree in writing.

7. Third-party platforms and services

Savd relies on third-party platforms and services, including Instagram, Apple, Google, and infrastructure and AI providers. Their terms and privacy notices may apply to your use of their services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party availability, content, policies, or decisions. Savd is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram or Meta.

8. Automated extraction

Savd may use automated and AI-assisted systems to extract or organize information. Results may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate and should be checked against the original source before you rely on them. Savd does not guarantee that every item can be imported or analyzed.

9. Savd Plus subscriptions

Optional Savd Plus features may be offered through auto-renewing monthly or annual subscriptions. Any price, billing period, trial length, renewal terms, and applicable taxes will be shown by the App Store or Google Play before you confirm a purchase.

If a trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the deadline shown by the store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple or Google account. Deleting Savd does not cancel a store subscription. You may use Restore Purchases in the app for eligible purchases associated with the same store account. Refund eligibility and processing are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

10. Service changes, suspension, and termination

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features for operational, security, legal, or product reasons. We may limit or suspend access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk, or used the service unlawfully. You may stop using Savd or delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Savd is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, perfect extraction, permanent availability of third-party content, or that Savd will meet every requirement. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kartikay Agarwal, trading as Freedom, and Savd’s service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunity, arising from your use of Savd or a third-party service. Savd’s total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Savd during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or Savd. Mandatory consumer protections available where you live continue to apply where required by law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when Savd or applicable requirements change. We will publish the revised Terms here, update the date above, and give additional notice when required. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them, except where law requires another form of consent.
